Foam Roller

I've long been a believer in the foam roller for training. They are great to stretch out your muscles before or after a run. There are a variety of exercises you can do with the foam roller (see this link at I find using the foam roller especially useful with the quads, hamstrings and low back. There are some fancy models available with trigger point grids are available, but I've never tried them.

It's a great addition to any home gym.
